These well-attended and well-received programmes are designed to empower individuals to cope with and overcome often difficult circumstances and to make a positive contribution to the lives of those with whom they have contact. 'Spirituality in Prison' is also the thematic umbrella to the service focus that the group involves itself in. To hold the vision of higher quality working relationships, environment, and atmosphere for those working with offenders there needs to be attention given not only to staff but also to the clients.
