'Spirituality in Prison' is the name of a dedicated group of individuals who organize seminars and workshops to encourage personal growth and development – mentally, emotionally, and spiritually – for those who work in offender management. These programmes are designed to empower individuals to:

• cope with and overcome often difficult circumstances
• make a positive contribution to the lives of those with whom they have contact.

To achieve quality working relationships, environment, and atmosphere, attention needs to be given to both staff and the client group. 'Spirituality in Prison' offers both.
