- Identifying personal
strengths, abilities and uniqueness

- Creating and empowering a
positive vision of the self
- Factors that maintain a healthy
mind and body
- Sustaining behaviour which
strengthens self-belief
SELF-LEADERSHIP
- Developing the art of
relationships
- The effect of attitude,
language and behaviour on others
- Effecting change without
expectation
